The email notifications your clients get are already partially white labeled since the sender name is your business name. You also get a dedicated domain for your client portal (businessname.hubflo.com). You can also host your client portal on your own domain (e.g app or portal.domain.com).

Do I have to commit annually?

No you don't, any plan can be purchased on a monthly basis.

Can I export my data?

Sure! You can export clients, projects, files, notes, invoices and time logs at any time.

Can I import my data? How?

Accepted Answer

Sure! First, once you connect your email account, we'll import all your emails and calendar events. If you connect your Xero or Quickbooks account, we'll import all your clients automatically in the system. You can also import clients or projects with our csv importer.

How long does it take to get started? Can you help me?

It usually takes less than an hour to have a basic setup and get started. This might take a few days if you want to import all your data and set up some custom integrations. During our initial call, we'll help you set up your account. Plus plan clients get a custom onboarding service.
